Most appointments take around 10 to 15 minutes. If you have any questions about our sexual health or health and wellness tests then please call our team who are available 24/7.

Do I need a referral letter from my doctor?

No referral letter is needed. As your private provider of testing, we manage everything that you need for the test from the appointment, testing, and results reporting. We are here to help you as efficiently as we can.

Do I need to fast or follow and special instructions before my test?

There are no fasting requirements before your tests. If you have a urine test, please try not to use the loo for two hours before your test.

What is the cost of the doctor consultation?

Doctors' consultations are included in the cost of your test. These may be delivered in person or remotely.

Can payment be made at the clinic or on arrival?
