Once in the consultation room, you will be taken care of by one of our highly trained doctors or nurses. They will explain everything that will happen, they will be able to answer any questions you might have and they will collect any samples required for your selected test or screen.

How will I get my test results?

All of our test results are reported digitally into a secure patient area that only you can access with unique login details provided when your booking is complete.

Once your samples have been collected and posted to our accredited partner laboratory you should expect to receive your results within 1-5 working days from the laboratory's receipt of your samples. Our laboratory will begin analysing your sample on the same day that it arrives ensuring your results are provided as soon as possible.

As soon as our partner laboratory sends your results to us we will upload them into your patient area. We will also contact you via your preferred method of contact to let you know that your results are ready.
