How accurate is this antibody test?
This test has an accuracy of 99.98% sensitivity and 98.8% specificity at 14 days after symptoms began. This test is also suitable if you have not had symptoms of Covid-19 but simply want to find out whether you have produced antibodies following a previous Covid-19 infection or after having the vaccine.
What is a quantitative antibody test?
A quantitative antibody test gives a numerical value to indicate the level of antibodies in your blood. This means that you can understand the strength of your antibody response, as well as being able to monitor your antibody level over time by testing again in the future.
What if I test positive?
If you test positive, this indicates the presence of Covid-19 antibodies. Your results will state whether you have had coronavirus in the past and recovered, or you have developed antibodies due to the vaccine.

To collect your sample, please contact Better2Know who can arrange a convenient nurse visit. This may incur an additional fee. Alternatively, you can visit your local clinic or find your own medical practitioner who can take your venous blood sample.
What should I do when I receive my kit?
Once you have received your Nurse Kit in the post, please read the instructions in full. Contact Better2Know to arrange having your sample taken. This may incur an additional charge. Alternatively, you can find your own qualified practitioner who can take a blood sample using the needle, sheath and blood collection tube provided. Included in your kit is a detailed set of instructions guiding your clinician on how to collect your sample correctly. Once your sample has been collected, please use the postage-paid envelope to return your sample to our laboratory for fast and accurate analysis.

When will my kit be posted?
