During your Better2know counselling session, a trained counsellor will listen to your problems and work with you to find solutions. Counselling sessions aim to improve your mental wellbeing by talking about your emotions and finding ways to deal with any issues you are facing.
For many people, it is easier to confide in someone who is not a close relative or friend. Your counsellor will provide a neutral position and will never judge you. All sessions are completely private and confidential, so you can feel confident in expressing your feelings.
If you are having issues with your partner, you may consider attending joint counselling sessions together. Your counsellor can work with you mutually to resolve your problems and save your relationship.
