The tests either need a small blood sample, usually provided by a finger stick. In the case of Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea, these tests each require a swab sample. If you prefer, you can collect the sample yourself. You will get your results in the clinic during your appointment.
If your test results are reactive, we will either provide you with a prescription for treatment, or we will take a further blood sample for laboratory confirmation testing. This is all included in the price of your instant test. This gives you the reassurance that a fast result can be backed up by full laboratory analysis.
