How can I schedule my appointment?
You can book your Comfort STD Screen online or by calling our friendly 24/7 booking team using the number listed at the top of this page.
What can I expect at my appointment?
When you arrive at the clinic, you will be greeted by your clinician and shown to a private consultation room. There, you will be guided through the process of collecting your own urine sample. You will then be taken to a discreet bathroom to collect your sample. We recommend that you drink plenty of water and refrain from using the bathroom for at least two hours before your appointment to ensure that you can collect a suitable sample for analysis.
How will I get my results?
All your results will be uploaded to your secure Patient Area on the Better2Know website. They are reported quickly, and you can track their progress anytime using the login provided upon completing your booking. We will also notify you by email, phone call, or SMS once all results are ready.
