What can I expect at my appointment?
When you arrive at your chosen clinic, you will be greeted by one of the Better2Know doctors or nurses. From there you will be taken to a discreet consultation room where the sample collection process will be explained to you. Once you are comfortable with how to collect your sample, you will be shown to a private bathroom where you will be able to collect your own urine sample. We recommend that you try to refrain from using the bathroom for around two hours prior to your appointment to ensure you can provide a suitable sample.
How will I receive my test results?
Your test results will be uploaded to your secure online Patient Area as soon as they become available. We will also send you an SMS or email when your result is ready.
What if I test positive?
If you have Ureaplasma, then do not worry, it is easily cured with antibiotics. Your Better2Know doctor will prescribe the necessary medication to treat your infection.
