Confidentiality and privacy have been identified as value drivers in many studies of Value for Money in health services. Confidentiality and privacy lie at the heart of the Better2Know business proposition. We will book patients under assumed names, we issue each patient with a unique PIN identifier, which enables total anonymity should the patient so choose. Again, the Confidentiality and Privacy offered along with all our STD and STI screens and tests offered by us form an important and ineluctable component of our patient offering.
